Elevate Sports and Spine Physical Therapy is the Northwest’s premier outpatient physical therapy and sports rehab group. Locally owned and operated by a physical therapist with a history of great patient outcomes and care.
Our therapists have a combined 20 years of clinical experience and 10+ years of treating in the Lacey/Olympia area. We are here to mentor and help our team grow, as well as, learn new skills ourselves
