Company Overview

Over the years Coffs Physiotherapy & Backcare has responded to changing demands and expanded to a multi-disciplinary clinic under the umbrella name 'Health on High.' Whilst we cover general physiotherapy, as Accredited Hand Therapists [AHTA] we are recognised for our experience and expertise in the Upper Limb. Our Physios are also encouraged to develop their own special interest areas such as Chronic Pain, Women's Health, sport specific training/rehab in our onsite gym, etc.

Company History

First opening its doors in 1994 by Faye Wiffen as a sole practitioner private practice, Coffs Physiotherapy & Backcare became identified as providing skilled, experienced care, working alongside local surgeons in providing acute post-operative care at the local private hospital followed by rehab in our clinic. This expanded to work in liaison with Rheumatologists and late Hand Surgeons as our physios continued on their path of post-grad qualifications and certifications. With the changing face of healthcare, CP&B adapted, being joined by other Allied Health Professionals who also had developed their sub-specialty areas such as neuro-physiotherapy, Credentialed Hand Therapists [USA] and Exercise Physiologists. This was quickly followed by services for those with Complex Disabilities, with OT and Speech Pathology. Our company remains focused on delivering effective, efficient, experienced care in areas otherwise poorly serviced in our rural area.

Notable Accomplishments / Recognition

Only clinic across Mid North Coast NSW offering two Accredited Hand Therapists as per AHTA.
Our clinic also has an onsite gym plus a small fully equipped boutique off site gym.
