Alaska Fracture and Orthopedic Clinic is looking for a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our growing team. Are you looking for an Alaskan adventure? Alaska Fracture is a well established long standing clinic with over 50 years of service to Alaskans in a collaborative setting of Doctors, Physician Assistants, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Occupational Therapists. With this collaboration we can provide our patients with the best comprehensive care.
Years of Experience:
Our therapy department has amazing therapists with over 30+ years of experience. We take pride in mentoring therapists towards CHT but also welcome the growth a seasoned CHT can bring to our clinic.
What our clinic can provide:
We understand the fiduciary responsibility we must have to provide our patients with care from the doctor/PA, to surgery, to therapy care. Having a direct line of communication with a patient’s physician team, medical visits and surgical notes, allows us to be exponentially prepared to give individualized evidence-based care. Our clinic sets us apart in giving patients a rehab experience all inclusive.
Along with the team-based atmosphere we have strength in our comradery and strive to be effective in a patient’s life while having fun. Our therapy department staff support each other developmentally and professionally.

Patient Care:
Providing the best patient care possible is what we strive for. We keep appointments individualized. Long-term, value and goal-based care that focuses on return to function and recreation. We have a steady patient stream with little worry of when or where the next patient may come from allowing us to focus on treatment and caring for the patient. As a certified hand therapist you will be providing comprehensive evaluations, designing individualized home programs to augment the hands-on thorough in person care.
Clinic Setting:
Our clinic is nestled in the heart of Anchorage, AK with mountains on one side and ocean on the other. Our facility has a dedicated hand area designed to maintain an open floor plan but keep the department cohesive. There is a variety of equipment for all levels of rehab needs as well as a well-stocked splinting area.
